Three-phase testing system RZA-TESTER (Relay protection and automation tester)
It is relevant for examination and testing of secondary and primary equipment (with additional devices) in power industry, railways, petroleum industry or in the other power-consuming industries on the projects with 0,38-750 kV.
Application field: manual and automated test and setup of all generations of RZA equipment, starting from simple relay, electromechanical panels, finishing by complex microprocessor-based protections of all manufacturers.

Single-phase testing complex RPAT
It represents a single-phase testing complex with an appliance "RPAT 124" or "RPAT 112" for testing and examination of secondary and primary equipment (with additional devices) in power industry, railways, chemical, petroleum industry or in the other power-consuming industries on the projects with 0,38-750 kV (1х40А 650VA, 1х300V 225VA).
Application field: manual and automated test and setup of all generations of RZA equipment in a single-phasing mode, starting from simple relay, electromechanical panels, finishing by complex microprocessor-based protections of all manufacturers.

 

 

Current transformer ТТ-350/400
Single-phasing current transformer «ТТ-350/400» is intended for functionality extension of testing system “RZA-TESTER” (Relay protection and automation tester). It permits to increase the current given by testing system “RZA-TESTER” up to 350 А / 400 А (on the terminal «350 А / 400А») and to decrease the minimal current up to 0,1 mА (on the terminal «3,5 А / 4,0 А») and to produce at the beginning  the current with high-resistance load.  ТТ-350 / 400 is equipment for high precision current scaling with current conversion factor of 10; 5 and 0,1.

Voltage transformer ТN-600
Three-phase equipment «ТN- 600» is used for functionality extension of testing system “RZA-TESTER (Relay protection and automation tester)”.
It allows to increase the voltage of testing system up to 600 V and to decrease the minimal voltage up to 0,04 V.
«ТN - 600» is equipment for high precision voltage scaling with voltage conversion factor of 4, √3, 1, 1/√3.

 

 
Universal transformer equivalent UTE
UTE is intended for relay protection terminals and emergency automation testing at the power engineering units complete with testing equipment «RZA-TESTER» (Relay protection and automation tester) or the analogues.  The UTE use provides:
- The modelling of existing coupling schemes of voltage measuring chains to the relay protection terminal and emergency automation.
- The imitation of all kinds of breaks in the voltage measuring chains.
- The logical operation testing of distance and current protections.

Standard load block «BSN-600»
The load simulator of relay protection and automation, designed for the testing of work capacity, calibration, metrological verification and setting-up of the testing stands like “RZA-TESTER”  (Relay protection and automation tester) in conditions of RZA laboratories,  electronic and power plants, metrological and research activities, enterprises-producers of energy equipment and others. It has two modifications for the stands with 125 V and 300 V.

 

Constant voltage source IPN-300
Portable powerful regulated constant voltage source (3 kW) is intended for the power supply of radio engineering and electrotechnical devices with a regulated stabilized voltage.  It can be applied during setting-up, repairs, laboratory researches of high-voltage breakers, direct current motors, relay protection devices and all systems, demanding the use of regulated constant voltage.

  • • Regulated value of output voltage: 0 - 300 V.
  • • Output voltage value: 0 - 10 А.
  • • Output power: up to 3000 W.

High-frequency complex VCK-01
The testing complex for the high-frequency path check on relay protection and automation equipment. The testing complex operates under PC control by USB port. Memory hardware is composed of two arbitrary shaped signals-transmitters, current signal receiver, 8 quantized inputs and 8 quantized outputs. 
Extra-strong suitcase with wheels and telescopic handle.
It is used for the reliable transporting, safe transportation, for compact and safe RZA-TESTER  (Relay protection and automation tester) stand storage in order to keep it in purity and to protect it from external factors. Capacity: the device, laptop, packed accessories and documentation.  The total hermeticity, protection class IP 67. During the total immersion it is resistant to dust, send and water. It is furnished with an automatic valve of external and internal pressure equalization. The special catch gears exclude spontaneous opening. During the storage and future transportation there are stainless steel sleeve pieces on the lock. The wheels are with bearings; the angles are reinforced and rounded.
